Our cleaning systems are developed on the basis of 30 years’ experience in industrial parts cleaning and our day-to-day contract cleaning operations. This is where we see which geometries and types of contamination are truly critical in mass production, which process steps operate reliably, and where energy, time and media quality are decisive for cost-effectiveness. We incorporate this knowledge directly into our system designs.

If you find yourself short of capacity at short notice, an in-house facility breaks down, or you are preparing for pre-series production or a new production run, you can start immediately with a suitable cleaning process through our contract cleaning service, regardless of the circumstances. Processes can be tested and implemented directly on our five systems using state-of-the-art methods – documented, reproducible and compliant with standards, e.g. VDA 19.

To ensure that the results remain consistently stable, we regard chemistry as a key component of the process: We develop and manufacture cleaning chemicals ourselves and tailor them perfectly to components, types of contamination, cleanliness targets, as well as treatment and process monitoring – for our own systems as well as for third-party systems.
