Systematic degreasing of mesh boxes

Specially designed for the degreasing of mesh boxes, racks and large-volume components. The Megavac combines high cleaning performance with short cycle times and maximum process reliability. Thanks to the closed cleaning process usinghydrocarbons, combined with pressure flushing, spray cleaning and vacuum drying, even heavily soiled mesh boxes are cleaned reliably and without leaving any residue.

With its energy-efficient drying technology and fully automated process monitoring, the MEGAVAC offers a cost-effective and clean solution for the rapid, reproducible degreasing of mesh boxes in series production and manufacturing processes.

  • Two main distillers and one auxiliary distiller with automatic waste oil removal
