Precise laboratory analysis for your cleaning process

Our laboratory analysis forms the basis for efficient and safe cleaning processes. Through targeted solubility, compatibility and performance tests, we determine the optimal cleaning medium for your specific materials and types of contamination. We also test existing cleaning agents – regardless of the manufacturer – and document all results transparently in a detailed laboratory report with clear recommendations. If no suitable product is available, we develop a bespoke cleaning solution for your process.

In process simulations and compatibility tests, we examine how cleaning chemicals and contaminants behave under realistic conditions, and optimise parameters such as temperature, time and mechanical action. Regular bath analyses, clear recommendations for action and, on request, integrated measurement technology ensure consistently high cleaning quality and maximum process efficiency – for chemicals that are precisely tailored to your needs.

Right from the design stage of new cleaning products, we carefully assess all raw materials for their environmental compatibility, occupational safety, effectiveness and material compatibility. 3 steps to finding the best cleaning products

Solubility analysis

As a first step, we investigate how the lubricants used behave in various media. This enables us to gain valuable insights into phase separation, foaming, the required mechanical action and other key parameters.

Test clean

Using parts or test specimens provided by the customer, we carry out targeted test cleanings in a beaker. In doing so, we determine the optimum combination of ultrasonic power, concentration, cleaning time and temperature. We verify the surface cleanliness achieved using fluorescence and contact angle measurements.

Process development

Finally, we test the appropriate treatment process for each project in the laboratory. Among other things, we analyse whether processes such as distillation give rise to undesirable reactions, such as polymerisation or acid formation.
